Envincio LLC Merges with Prentiss LLC after SantoLubes LLC Acquisition

Envincio LLC announces their merger with long-time pesticide manufacturer Prentiss LLC. Their integration, after Envincio was purchased last week by SantoLubes LLC, brings an expanded team of talent and portfolio of products to the professional pest management industry.

Product users in the emerging insecticide market will now have the best options when targeting pests, controlling infestation levels and selecting application sites. Prentiss, established in 1919, has been a recognized fixture in the pest control market. Their reputation for high integrity is a result of their consistent and effective responses to pesticide market changes over the decades. Envincio’s team has focused on predicting challenges and formulating solutions ahead of the curve. The joint venture offers a well-rounded platform poised for growth with a solid portfolio foundation including fully-integrated positions on key active ingredients. From synthetic chemistries to botanical alternatives and 25b exempt product offers, the partnership will offer multiple tools to empower pest management professionals across all market segments.

There is a growing need for innovative products that address recurring or resistant pests. Envincio’s merger with Prentiss will be welcomed by those keen on finding solutions for today’s frustrating infestations. The partnership is planning for more state-of-the-art solutions.

“Our merger opens doors for professionals with pest problems,” said Randy Canady, now serving as Chief Operating Officer of the merger. “It is a rare opportunity to be part of a business like Prentiss that’s had a foothold in the market for almost 100 years. We’re excited about where the next 100 will take us.” Envincio’s passionate team of experts is anxious to revitalize the Prentiss name and develop solutions in the professional pest management and farm hygiene industries.

SantoLubes, a manufacturer of synthetic solutions and applications, initially acquired Prentiss in October 2008 and subsequently acquired exclusive rights to the patented EcoSMART portfolio for the professional markets in February 2009. With this latest acquisition of Envincio, the combined enterprises will focus on the professional pest control, vector, industrial-janitorial-sanitation, farm hygiene and animal health segments.

New Equil Lambda 9.7 CS Insecticide Kills Bedbugs, Ants and more

Technology meets affordability in Equil Lambda 9.7 CS – now available with unbeatable value from Envincio. Lambda 9.7 CS is formulated with EnduraCap™ Technology to protect the active ingredient, lambda-cyhalothrin – the same A.I. in Demand®, even in the toughest conditions. The unique lipophilic capsules stick to insects’ waxy cuticle for quick knockdown and provide greater than 60 days residual control of more than thirty pests, including bedbugs and ants, even at extremely low use rates.

Randy Canady, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Envincio says, “Envincio has partnered with GAT Microencapsulation AG to expand our portfolio with the addition of Equil Lambda 9.7 CS Insecticide featuring EnduraCap Technology. We have worked closely with GAT to combine lambda-cyhalothrin with an exceptional microcap that balances outstanding knockdown and extended residual control to reduce expensive callbacks.”
