Envincio, LLC has announced the relocation of its headquarters to Spartanburg, SC.

Envincio, a manufacturer of pest control products, has consolidated operations and relocated to Spartanburg, South Carolina. Formerly known as Prentiss, LLC, Envincio develops, manufactures and markets organic and synthetic pest control products used by professional pest control operators.

“This is an important and strategic move for us as it allows everyone from management to marketing to manufacturing to be a close-knit unit.” says Jeff Ziehmer, Executive Vice President and General Manager. “We’ll have everything in one location to further streamline the advances we’ve already made.”

Envincio is realigning its infrastructure to support the development and marketing of new solutions for pest control needs. The company continues to expand its Essentria™ FIFRA 25(b) exempt insecticides and the EPA-registered botanical insecticide brand family, Envi. Company initiatives also include building on the strength of their pyrethrum-based Elite brand and broadening their reach in the vector market with their portfolio of piperonyl butoxide-based products.

Envincio, LLC has announced the promotion of Jeff Ziehmer to the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager. Ziehmer joined Envincio in 2011 as Regional Manager of the North Central sales territory.

Ziehmer also held progressive roles at Nufarm Americas, Inc. and Van Diest Supply Company. With his history of business development, strategic business planning, forecasting, and product development and management, Ziehmer is uniquely qualified to lead Envincio.

We are pleased to announce that we have completed our strategic divestment of our Meelium business to Alpha Aromatics LP, a fragrance manufacturer and supplier for scented products located in Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania. Alpha Aromatics will bring an elevated level of focus, technical expertise and stewardship to the Meelium brand. Adonis™ PPC insecticide is now part of the Equil product offering from Envincio.

“Since acquiring Adonis from Nufarm and marketing under our Equil brand family as Equil Adonis 2F and 75 WSP, Envincio has amended the label to included turf & ornamental uses” says Mike Tweedy, Envincio Vice President of Sales. “This additional language allows us to offer a comprehensive and user-friendly label that complements the base pest control label which already included general household pests and termite control including exterior perimeter and interior spot treatment for post-construction termite control.”

Equil Adonis 2F is now available in 1-gallon and 2.15-gallon jugs, as well as a 27.5 ounce container.  Equil Adonis 75WP is an alternative for applications where a wettable powder is preferred and available in a 4 x (4 x 2.25 oz.) configuration.
