Executive Team

Mike Tweedy, Vice President, Sales

Mike most recently served as a National Account Manager for the Syngenta Home Care and consumer products businesses, managing and supporting relationships with key PPM customers and business partners. He joined Syngenta in 2003 and held previous roles in marketing and sales. Mike has been in the professional pest control industry for the past seven years. He previously held marketing and technical management positions in the crop and vegetation management businesses with BASF and American Cyanamid Company. Mike holds Master and Bachelor of Science degrees from Southern Illinois University.

Tim Haynes, Vice President, Supply Chain

Tim joined the Envincio team in 2010 as Manager of Supply Chain, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in the chemical industry. His early experience with Rhone-Poulenc, Aventis and Bayer CropScience gave him a solid background in all aspects of Supply Chain operations for domestic and international markets. Most recently having leadership roles in Supply Operations for Etigra and Nufarm has provided him valuable experience in directing supply chain functions for a post patent chemical company. Tim graduated with a BS degree from West Virginia Institute of Technology.

Charlie Leslie, Vice President, Finance

Charlie Leslie brings more than 30 years of financial and operational experience from companies such as Deloitte & Touche and Johnson Electric Automotive Products. Charlie is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University and also an MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University. He most recently held the position of Commercial Director at Buehler Motor, Inc. in Morrisville, NC. While not working Charlie enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, exercising and reading.

 


 

Gary Ross, Regional Manager, Central

Gary came to Prentiss LLC in 1983 where he managed the Southwest region for 10 years and then moved on to the Western US as VP of Sales in the Western Region. A graduate of Texas State Technical Institute in Waco, Gary has his degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Floriculture Technology. Outside of the office, Gary can be found fishing, hunting and camping with his family.

Calvin Leach, Regional Manager, Southeast

Calvin enhances the Envincio team with his previous experience in the pest control industry. Starting with Future Services Inc as a pest control/termite technician, he was promoted to general manager, overseeing daily operations for one of their busiest branches. In 2008 Calvin went to work for EcoSmart as Business Development Manager for the SE Region, and joined Prentiss LLC in 2009 with the acquisition of the EcoSmart professional line.

Melinda A. Baker, Regional Manager, West Coast

Melinda brings unique field and management experience to her new position as West Coast Regional Manager, from her past 10 years as an operations manager with The Steritech Group in Arizona and New Mexico. Melinda earned her Associates of Arts degree in Horticulture, and enjoys music and songwriting in her spare time.

Lisa Alexander, Customer Service Representative

Lisa was introduced to the industry when she joined Etigra in 2007, as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Rep. She moved on to Nufarm Americas in 2010 where she had a dual role of supporting the VP of Marketing and Operations and the State Registration Specialist. Lisa brings an abundance of administrative skills to her new position as Supply Chain Coordinator. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV.

Larry Carlson, Plant Manager

As Plant Manager, Larry is responsible for the supervision and productivity of the Sandersville plant. Larry is a seasoned veteran with the organization. Starting out with the company as a shipping clerk almost 30 years ago, he has a proven track record with exceptional industry knowledge in plant operations. Born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, Larry attended Michigan State before settling in at Prentiss LLC.

Wesley Oxford, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Manager

Wesley joined Prentiss as a part time lab technician in April of 1992 while attending college. He then started as a full time lab technician in October of 1992 after he graduated. In November of 1996 he became Chief Chemist and Quality Control Manager. Through his 19 year career he has gained both formulation and manufacturing experience that he will utilize in his role as Manufacturing and Quality Assurance Manager

Mollie Freedman, Sr. Financial Analyst

Mollie’s tenure with Prentiss LLC started eleven years ago in NY. Once the company was acquired by SantoLubes, Mollie was offered the opportunity to relocate to Georgia. She continues to be responsible for all aspects of daily accounting at Envincio, along with many special projects in the financial and operational aspect of the company. Mollie studied Business Administration at Baruch College, and likes to travel, cook and entertain friends and family.

Brooke Hedrick, Regulatory Manager & Project Management

Brooke’s ties to Envincio date back to 2006 when she began work at Etigra as an Administrative Assistant. From there she advanced to Customer Service and State Registration Specialist roles with Nufarm. In her Regulatory Manager & Project Management position with Envincio, she will continue to guide product development and state registrations. Brooke holds a Bachelor’s degree from NC State University.

 


 

Consultant

Ruth Fisher, Consultant; Fish Management Products

Prior to joining Prentiss LLC in 2000, Ruth worked for the Farm Chemical and Insecticide Division of Penick Inc. since 1961, including the fish toxicant business. She is currently responsible for sales to government agencies of Prentiss’ fish toxicants. Ruth attended Hunter College in NYC, and follows the NY Mets, NY Rangers and tennis championships in her free time.
